The cashier provided the information that if we come back and shop we can use the discount coupon that we got after shopping for RS. 3,000 on Friday. Went back with my mother on Sunday (24th November) spent good 45 minutes trying to select clothes(no help). When we go to the cashier, stood in line for good 25 min as 2 out of 5 cashiers were closed. When we presented the discount coupons the cashier called the manager on duty as he didn’t know how to redeem them. It was already 4:30 pm. When the manager got to the counter it was another 15 min in waiting. The manager without any apologies says it cannot be used as its valid on ONLY their in-house brand. When I tried to explain that the other cashier never explained us the terms, the manager rudely says “it’s not possible.”
Working in hospitality I do understand things can happen, but getting rudely TOLD it’s not possible is unacceptable. I mean as a customer I can clearly see his present cashier didn’t know how to work the promotion and made us wait good 40 min and then further this. I will strongly NOT recommend this location ever to any of my friend. The WORST experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prem Singh (the manager)scammed my dad asking for phone to update points and reviewed himself on the site without permission. When I raised the issue he smiled and said sorry. This is invading privacy and should be taken up seriously. Please be careful
