★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problems I and my father had were taken care efficiently and we were treated with utmost care. People here are very friendly and care to let you know about what you want to know. In particular the frontdesk personnel are quite friendly and tend to everyone's queries very nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital don't even worth single star. Worst hospital, haven't seen ICU like this hospital. Doctors are very money minded. Even if the patient is recovered they won't shift them to the ward or discharge, so that they can raise the bill amount.
They haven't thought about the lower class people that how they'll pay the money, all they want is money money.
The most stupid thing which happened was, the intensivist doc's birthday was celebrated in ICU. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted for a D&C by Dr. Vinutha Prashanth. The nursing staff and care takers were really helpful and took real good care of me. The hospital is really clean and the procedure was smooth. Only problem was there is no canteen in the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is very hygiene firstly and covid alerts takecare and the staf attending to patients or customer very healthy way.
Immediate response on any enquiry at reception stands very poilite respective.
My mother undergo dialysis here and I am served with cashless insurance.... very happy(Mr Kiran- The best attending and advise on insurance.thanks)
Doctor Mr Raghvendra and Mr Aravind are excellent always smile at their face, advice on treatment vand diagnosis.
I never felt to go to another hospital for my family and mother.
Thanks to all at meenakshi hospital !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital staffs responds quickly when my parents are very sick. The hospital atmosphere very hygiene. Response during CORONA time. highly appreciative. Dr. Raghavendra sir & basement lab staffs, vip ward sisters were responded very friendly during treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Indiscipline staff and management. There was a very rude behaviour by the staffs with other Patient in front of everyone not bothering about the surroundings.
The quarrel is about not giving estimation and charging high for one day treatment.
After seeing this I dint feel like taking any sought of treatment and left the place. Suggest not to choose this hospital.
Very Poor behaviour by the management !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are really good in assessing and explaining the medical situation which made me to take the right call at right time on the surgery. Staffs were really good, discipline, professional. Hygiene is something which I liked most.. at least three times a day Cleaning & mopping is done, Kudos to the team.
