★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer service at Pernia’s Pop Up Shop. I ordered 23 items (10 groomsmen outfits, 9 bridesmaid outfits, 2 outfits for myself for sangeet and Haldi, and two younger girls outfits). I do not have a clear understanding of when the products will arrive as I was promised by Ayushi they would arrive by end of April. We are now in May and we have our wedding coming up and your false promises after taking thousands of USD are creating stress and causing risk for our wedding. I cannot get any help via WhatsApp to understand each remaining item and what the status and delivery timing is. I need a firm plan and would like to speak with management as this is unacceptable. If anyone is interested in ordering from Pernia, I would think twice and definitely do not order if you have a compressed timeline despite their false promises.

The girl attending to me Raina is very sweet, soft spoken, patient ,amiable, smiley... So it was great dealing with her. Thank you

She went above and beyond with finding the perfect outfits and trials plus she was so kind and patient with the changes I wanted to make and even called in for some outfits which weren’t in the store when I first went in. Will be back for future occasions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernia’s is the absolute best place to get ethnic wear. All of the amazing designers are under one roof. Additionally the shopping experience itself is unmatched. From the quality of the physical store locations, to the ease of use of their online website, and especially the personal consultants, Pernia’s does it all right.
Special shout-out to our personal consultant, Pinky from Kala Gohda. She became part of our family when we were shopping for my brothers wedding. Truly a gem of a person. I plan to only come back to her any and every time I return to Mumbai!
