★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dedication the hospital staff was truly seen. The process was very speed and thanks to Dr. PV Ramana sir and SO Janakiramayya sir.
The director Satya Govind sir was well connected as and when required. Only the tests that were really required were done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HELL ON THE EARTH commercial to the core, they are not treating patients as humans, no humanity, worst nursing staff. for breathing problem we admitted my mother, immidiatly they put partial ventilator, after that one day we faught and took my mother to other hospital now she is doing better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff. Nurses will not provide any information. They will make you to wait for hours and giving false information that you are the next person and doctor will see you. These nurse staff is so irresponsible in their roles. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by Pinnacle Hospitals, Vizag and staff behavior is rude and maintenance is very poor. There is no tight pest control schedule. Hospital is full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Especially Srinivas who is MOD and other lady Nurse MOD is not even bothering about attenders. Worst behavior. You people are collecting lakhs of money at least you should give respect to the attenders. They require proper training on how to speak with others. We came here to take care of our family member who admitted in hospital not for time pass. Request to hire one good L&D Manager for training. No fans in the waiting halls. Worst and dirty maintenance. Srinivas and Lady MOD are the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the doctors, the nursing, the services are really good, the billing and discharge process was the worst part. They did not inform us earlier that insurance will pay only 60 percent and asked another 50000 at the last moment. We had no choice left. The billing department should have been more clear about the payment process. They dont follow their own system and let anyone visit the patient even without pass. The management team surely needs to improvise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surgery was done by Dr N Narendranath. Kind and polite, highly experienced doctor, the surgery was done with high precision.
The nursing staff was good and mostly well trained. Housekeeping team is fabulous, kind and dedicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital Giving better treatment and the same time the hospitality was great. But some areas are not fair in the charges. The canteen food was good. We bear an additional bill amount to another treatment which is what my father required. We found some lag for operation. Sometimes the insects appear in the rooms also
