★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to see the place without prior notice as no one picked up the call. The personnel standing outside welcomed us warmly. But once we got into talks with the sales executive Dimple Patel, there was little arrogance and pride in her tone. It felt as if she was doing a favour to us by coming. If the intent was so clients should be informed in prior that you guys are not interested to sell the flat. Her words were not used appropriately. All are professionals and all need to be treated with humble gesture and respect. Hope you guys dont do this to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place where amenities are in abundance with Mumbai Metro and Andheri Station near by. The place ia located in Andheri W Suburban but the rates are high. If you have fixed source of good income and can wait for 3 years for your new home then this place is ideal but if budget is your worry then look for place in Yari Road or Malad Link Road where rates are virtually half.
