★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst petrol pump in Bhopal MP Nagar area. The staff behaviour is very poor. It does not have UPI payment system, it only accepts remuneration in Cash or Card. It cheats people on different basis, but common ground remains the same i.e. not starting the meter from Zero. I as consumer for onces, got cheated by the employee of Pragati Petrol Pump, I don't know what they were thinking, the employee started fuelling my vehicle from 94rs onwards, I noticed the employee's deceitful skills and asked him that the meter was not started from zero. He assured me it was started from zero, however after a long argument with the Manager of Pragati Petrol Pump and Employees of this station I got my compensation back, as I had the proof that they were cheating me in broad day light. Free air machine is there in this petrol pump, but no one to look after, you need to catch attention of someone to come check your air in tyre, funny part is, even though it is written free air, the person filling it asks you for money, so my dear friend if you fill your tank from any Petrol Pump in India, the air filling is free of cost.
