★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a product which turned out to be of a wrong size. Wanted to replace the unused unit within 30 minutes with the one with correct dimensions. But the shopkeeper denied to do the same and said that once they make a sale, their responsibility stops to exist. It is the problem of the customer to manage!
I find this attitude and lack of customer orientation disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy electric goods, small shop, but goods are kept in the godown, covid19 protocol followed, temperature not checked, no Sanitisers, but customers are not allowed inside the shop, parking on the side roads, wheelchair access not there, good customer service, credit card payment accepted including NCP, Crabtree products kept which is not easily available elsewhere, moderate prices. Sundays they close by 5 pm
