★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic response, i was their to get a seal and sign of Gazetted Officer. Unfortunately doc was not their and when i asked about they denied saying where he /she is ,infact they even didn't share me name of the head doctor. They are so scared to share the name and details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad is a TV patient, the peole here are so rude and don't give the medicines in the same day, they simply tells him to come another day and another. After doing it for 2-3 times they makes us wait for hours and hours, and then they give medicine. One day when i went there and asked their names then they refused to tell there names, one GUY of 30-35 medium height, fair skin tone. He thinks he is very smart and doing very great thing. One lady named Banumati(pharmacist i suppose) very cheap women, don't know to behave with senior citizens. I really want the Manager of here to take serious action against them, bcoz this is not the first time they r doing that. I am writing this after my dad visited there 7-8 times in a single month. I tried to make them understand that this is covid time people can't come here everyday, that too old person. Bt they argued with me for no good reason. My sis is a medical staff, to her they are saying, u don't know anything and this is the procedure. I saw them doing the same with other poor patients too, those poor illiterate patients can't even fight for there right. They silently obey to whatever the staff says. Its my request to the senior staff over there to take serious action against this complaint. If required i'll come there and give witness too. Police station or wherever they want.
