★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached out to the owner on Feb 9th and the owner committed that he will get the fabric and stitch the 3 tops Placed the order for. I repeatedly asked if he would be able to deliver my order by Feb 22, since I had travel plans on 25th and he agreed. On Feb 15th I followed up again, he mentioned will be going to buy fabric tomorrow ie Feb 16th. After that dint hear back from, so pinged again on Feb 24th to check the status and I get the below response - Hi ,
Sorry stuck with wedding orders couldn't go out for sourcing .
Was busy photoshoots .
Really sorry.
So finally I had to cancel my order since it was already late. As he had committed about getting simple fabrics from Mysore silk Udyog and will be delivering the tops on time, I dint go to other boutique since he has agreed to stitch and deliver on time, this was indeed a disappointing experience.
