★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This locality is perfect. As you can travel into any places, it is central spot. So when you think you want to move out, you will find out everything is pretty much near from the locality. Also have a pretty good parking space as well. Pretty good space in the apartment. Have a balcony view with fresh air. In summer as well. Due to the tress around flows some fresh air. The security system is there. So all and all a very good place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is appartment next to Bangalore - Pune - Mumbai highway. It has connectivity to Sinhagad road or from highway. Prayeja City is old complex with 5-6 buildings and has now got added with 2 more. It has flats of 2/3 BHK. Along side also you have one more seperate building which not part of Prayeja City but still of the same builder. Construction and planning is good. Overall good location from future prospects.
