Firstly their rate is most comparative compared to the market rate. Their service is quite professional and value for money. Sales representative of Professional Packers and Movers Mr. Sunil Kumar behavior is very good as well as he taking care customer concerns very well manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using the services of Professional Packers and Movers since 2008 and have done inter-metro shifts 6-7 times till now. However, this time we had to shift to a village in a remoter region in Madhya Pradesh and I was not sure whether they will serve the area. But when I called them up, Mr Aditya from the company said that as long as roads are there on which their vehicles could ply, they would ensure that our household goods reach where we stay. He even remembered to call a couple of days before the date I gave for the likely date of shifting. Once we were in Noida, Mr Sunil Kumar from the company promptly came down to our place and made all arrangements. In fact he was the same person who came to our previous Noida residence to give the estimate the last time we shifted from Noida a couple of years or so ago. And while they said it might take a bit longer given the availability of vehicles and the destination being a bit off-route, believe it or not, the goods reached within two days of them packing our material in Noida.
Many speak ill of them in the reviews, but my experience till now, and it is almost a decade and a half since I first availed of their services, has never been anything less than satisfactory. Given the number of newer companies that have taken up names very close to this company's, I will always ask probable customers to verify from their website the genuine phone numbers to contact them. Often the dummies disappoint, but the original bears the brunt. Please double-check who you are calling to help you shift. The original Professional Packers and Movers would rarely let you down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I moved my household items from Greater Noida to Bangalore. One of my friend suggested Professional packers and movers and I talked to Mr.Sunil. Initially I was sceptical about this since he quoted me lesser than the other companies. However after enquiring a bit more i realised they are trustworthy and decided to go with Professional Packers and Movers. Mr.Sunil cleared all my doubts and was very professional. He told me he will send people to pack my stuff on next day 7:00am. Next day exactly 7:45am i received call from them and they were waiting at my gate. They brought bubble sheet, carton box, thermocol sheets etc and carefully packed everything. Those guys were very friendly and did a great job. After few.days i received my items in Banglore as promised. They brought the packages inside my house and carefully unwrapped everything. Even they helped me to arrange some of the items like dining table and sofa. Even though i expected some damages, i got all my items in same condition as I sent from Noida. The experience was great. I highly recommend Professional Packers and Movers!!
The only suggestion i want to give them is that to provide an option to track the packages.

I would say the team is really very cooperative and like the company name the staffs are very professional. All my household items were nicely packed and properly handled. Sanjay Kumar one of the team member visited my place for a home survey, a well mannered person who coordinated very professionally. Aditya, managed and communicated well with all the updates and after the delivery he shared the required documents to me.
Overall a good service provided.
