★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tough to get your work done here. Employees don't treat customers as their customers here. People who are stuck here have to face such situations even being fed up. I won't recommend anyone to open account here unless its very urgent for some work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PNB Rohini sector-5 is worst pnb branch. Bank staff are useless, mannerless. They getting free salary from govt just gossiping on phone and not facilitate to customers who is waiting in line for hours. A single work cannot done in one visit. Lunch breaks are not according time scheduled to them. इससे अच्छा तो इन बेक को बदं करदो ओर इन कामचोरों को घर बेठाओ private bank hi inse aache h kaam to krte h Or hadtal b ni krte.
At this technological advance banking era these kind of services are failure of public banks. Many payments banks and digital apps already help banks to reduce their burden but still the inappropriate behavior of not doing proper work by bank staff.
