Excellent location as nearby Iskon Temple and reserve footfall for shops & at aprtmnt side facing shops 6k to 7k peoples will live there
After possession ..this type of commercial is very beneficial for daily basis uses.. like i have taken and planning to open a grocary shop for all the people who will live in aprtmnts ..nice pricing and to much good payment plan as per 50:50 flexi payment ......Only 50 % i has been given to them and another 50% on possession (june '2021)And urban homes which is home of 1300 homes and possession will start at the same time .So this place seems quite promising .and within budget.
