★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akola's best fine fine experience?? I highly doubt that, the food in comparison to local was okayish, doesn't mean nothing was good, few things we tried were really good but overall it's a pass for me with those prices. The service was slooooooow.. that's the first thing I would say, I understand that it was a weekend but the waiter was right in front of us yet kept missing our table's order. Small things like "naan" or roti took forever for them to make thus a long wait before we could continue our feast, it just ruins the whole experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was horrible ?, First of all let me give you my brief introduction I am gaurav Mankar, a frequent customer of this place. I am a professional and due to its proximity with Railway station i used to stay there.
Incident : Although from the very first stay i was disappointed with the hotel,the service is always delayed, sometimes water tank is empty, tv is always a issue but I continued visiting there, as options were little. But this time problem was big this time the hotel management crossed their limits , i was petrified, The hotel management took a bribe of Rs 500 as the white bedsheet got little dirty due to spill of oil from Veg egg curry. I tried to talk with the management but manager was very arrogant, not only they charged me for nothing but also argued with me in length, I took an oath that I will never gonna visit this hotel again Btw that veg egg curry was also awful
Summary : If you have self respect and you don't want to be harassed by hotel staff, NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL !???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not clean. Loud dance bar type music at 1130 night inside hotel.
Dirty bedsheets not cleaned between guest check-in , there was hair on bed and there were
no towels in bathroom.
Staff is pathetic , no time management or any kind of sense of customer service.All staff act like they are doing upkar on paying customer.
Housekeeping is not available in morning.they don't pick up or provide service.
Room service did not bring spoons after calling three times had to eat with hands.
No sound proofing at all, all noises penetrate the room and there is always some noise from inside hotel or from window, 4k per room and they didn't even get this right.
Food is not good.
Tv doesn't work.
Overpriced and overrated.
Many reasonable hotels nearby who provide much better stay and service at cheaper prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here for my business trip. Very nice hotel to stay at akola.Clean rooms, good atmosphere.
Room Service is quit amazing. People are very polite. Corporate room fair is very reasonable.
Location is very near to railway station. Just walkin distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good and safe place to stay. They provide prompt services even at night. There is car parking too. Just the rates for room is high compared to size of the room. But in Akola its a nice play to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here was extremely good and service was fast and effective. They have good items on their menu, whether it is for breakfast or for lunch or dinner. The stay also is best in the area however, please get pre-booking done as they are always full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels in Akola. Rooms are neat, clean and properly maintained. The room service is quick. The staff is well mannered and polite. Enough parking space available. Only thing where they need to improve is food. Otherwise it was a great experience staying at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remarkably clean and comfortable rooms, food at the restaurant including morning breakfast buffet was hearty and healthy especially given that we had been eating outdoors. The staff was accommodating for special needs for baby food etc. Overall exceeded expectations and highly recommended.
