★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CARELESS COVID TESTING STAFF. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO DO THE TESTING PROPERLY. They are not handling samples as per ICMR GUIDELINES Leading to false positives in ANTIGEN tests, later RT PCR report also for such patient is not uploaded in NMMC portal even after 7 days as if they upload rtpcr then they will only be questioned on the high number of mismatch between antigens and the RTPCR.
If someone is reading this please take NECESSARY ACTION as in the end the CITIZEN has to suffer in case it is a false positive reported wrongly by your unprofessional staff.

Update 48 days have passed still RT PCR report not given ?. ALSO THE TELE-CALLERS HAVE CROSSED THEIR LIMITS BY NOW FROM NMMC. WILL KEEP TROUBLING YOU EVERYDAY BY CALLING AND WHEN ASKED FOR RTPCR WILL JUST CUT THE PHONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got vaccinated here for free. Vaccination center is on 1st floor. The procedure was really systematic. They have token system for queue. White slip for Covishield and yellow slip for covaxin.
Remember to download your 1st dose certificate along with appointment slip, if you are getting 2nd dose. They verify the details almost 3 times to avoid any mishap.
I would strongly recommend to get vaccinated here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital Staff is not Good, The female maids ask for money after the baby is delivered .One the patient & her husband didn't had the money to give, so the treated the patient very badly, patient was in labor pain on the bed, she is scream like nothing but the nurse on duty & the maid is asking for document like aadhar card, pan card. etc. Nurses in night shift has no manners of how to treat patient. They speak very rudely
The lady maids keeps on asking for money after the delivery is done or after changing the patients bed sheet or after the discharge & many other things. If the money not given to them by patient or their family then the maids don't take any care of the patient & will start speaking very rudely.
Junior Nurses ( Specially in the night shift), Female Maids, Case paper & billing staff are very rude & no politeness.
Doctors, Senior Nurses, Male Junior staffs, Male & Female Securities are helpful & good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most cleanest Govt hospital that I have been to. Good facilities for the public. Weekly strict COVID-19 testing done. A bit crowded but then it's expected as its a Govt Hosp.
