★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the price they sell, it’s generally assumed that they give good customer service for the purchased products. I am not only charged for the drivers which broke under warranty but at their “premium prices” because they couldn’t verify my purchase. If this is the service provided, why bother paying the extra money in the warranty enabled stores when you can get the same thing of the same quality(which needs replacement) without warranty at a lower cost elsewhere?

Very good collection of lights, I love the way it's arranged as well. Clean and it's easy to find things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with lot of recommendation and expectations. They have a good collection of lights. But terrible prices. They offered to reduce prices when we were about to walk out, but why price them so high and offer discounts! I think they're losing a trick, especially with so many players being in the market. Once reputed place doesn't have the same stature, I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection but very bad customer service. The guy in the front desk doesn't respond to queries, I dont know why he is in front desk. I had a very bad experience in this shop. When I show some of the reference pic. They all nodded their head to no no no no not available. I don't know how these people are going to sell those products. I work for an interior design company. I'll never visit this shop again because of their attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never visit the store, been there twice and they are least bothered to attend the customer. I literally went inside and asked not one but two of the attendants for my requirements still they didn't even care to respond. Don't waste your time visiting the store..
