★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are shameless cheaters. Don't ever order medicines from here. Sent me less items ordered via Dunzo. Were extremely rude when called them for a refund. Someone is unwell and facing harassment from such uncouth people. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I took two starts away because some (not everyone) of the staff can work on their customer service and extend courtesy better, especially those who are in line first. I have seen them tend to customers who were in line behind me just because they said what they wanted louder. Also, I have received tampered tablets once, so please ensure that you take a good look at what your getting before it is being billed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indiranagar pharmacy : First of all they hardly have any medicines stocked up and the next part is they are very rude to the customers.. to give a credit for the exchanges items they literally abuse us in words and say we should buy exact medicine .. the shop looks big enough but they have nothing in it.. the owner needs to take care of the workers their who have totally lost their brains which has no common sense.. the workers don’t raise the BILL fo the purchased items and when we go for an exchange they get mad at us.. I totally don’t recommend to go to this medical store to even purchase a box of Vaseline.. super sick place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Customer service. After ordering regularly from them for the last 6 months they made an issue for replacing a broken bottle even though I said I'll pay. They said delivery boy wasn't available and asked me schedule a Dunzo again for the Broken bottle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgently required medicines in the afternoon. So I called them. At afternoon, they promised home delivery in an hour. No one came till evening even after sharing all details and when I called back they said no delivery boy available. Don't even have the courtesy to inform. If you can't deliver on your promises then don't commit to customers. Would suggest folks to rather use Dunzo for urgent medicine delivery. Also the Ramdev Medicals on 80ft road is much better and the guys there don't make false promises.
