★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Experience at Fern resort, property is well maintained. Rooms are big, clean. Hotel staff is well behaved and supportive. Room service is also prompt.
Breakfast and Dinner are good but need to have more variety.
Overall it was a good experience at Fern resort Ranthambore.
Sit out outside Rooms, nicely maintained garden and swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food served. Though we did not have lunch and dinner included in our stay, we could not resist to have all meals at hotel. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help.
The stay was pleasant and there were magic show and folk music arranged for entertaining guests. Very pleasant stay, overall.

On the first day we got 2 rooms which were not as per the expectations but the second day Mr. Bhati helped us to change the rooms and we got a fabulous room with great amenities. The food was regular north indian but the taste was better than all the other properties

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms need change of furniture. Staff and service was good. Property was nice, well maintained gardens. Location was convinient. Food was average (some dishes below average). Go for ala carte instead of adding meals to your bookings as majority of dishes aren't worth eating. Manchurian was unrecognisable. Noodles were oily, without salt but edible. Hot and sour soup felt like lemon coriander. Kadhai paneer felt like ****er paneer with capsicum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property looks average but hospitality is super awesome, staff is very polite and cooperative. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is too good, five stars for it. Superb service and had a great experience. Spa is recommended, you can negotiate and experience it, it was relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great property and well located. However was very disappointed with the quality of food. Was served three variants of the same few dishes everyday for 3 days (for eg. Chilly garlic mushroom, chilly garlic vegetables, chilly garlic paneer which were all the exact same gravy) Restaurant had flies and the ACs seemed non functional.
Had a much better experience eating at lower category hotels nearby and regretted taking multiple meals package.
Room service speed was also below average though staff was courteous.
Overall, management needs to do better job to avoid a fall in brand value.
