★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place for the first time when there was a blood donation camp. Found that there was a new batch for yoga starting up. I was already thinking of joining yoga for a while and this seemed to be the perfect place. I joined for the morning batch and I don't regret it at all. It is very peaceful and nice. The yoga class price seems to be quite reasonable and the classes for newbie is definitely great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Best Yoga training/teaching center in AECS, yoga training happens the most traditional way with proper mantras, Asanas and breathing techniques. Teachers are highly qualified dedicated and amazingly sincere. I have been in yoga practice for many years, I rate my experience with Rashtrotthana as most valuable and beautiful. I highly recommended!
Facility is very well developed with big clean ventilated halls, teachers are humble dedicated and highly experienced. Atmosphere and ambience is beautiful.
