★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dt Siddhi Takalkar Deshpande from Nutriworks is the best Diet Consultant in Pune. With her help, support and guidance I have taken back control of my body. She is a good counsellor and now I am more concerned about the quality of the food that I eat and how it’s prepared.
I “spend” less on junk and more on the things that I really enjoy. And she has taught me to enjoy every meal. Her diet is such that i can easily follow through out life. I’ve lost eleven pounds, but more importantly, I feel really good!

Following her diet plans was a piece of cake for me. I realised that we can have good food if consumed in moderation.Her diet routines are always apt. Despite,my busy schedule it was easy for me to follow diet suggested by her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi allI am Yogini Sapre, age- 59 yrs. I hv been diabetic for over 30 yrs and have several health problems like Blood pressure, cholesterol, Ostopenia, and start of retinopathy! I had to immediately bring down my sugarlevels for restoring my Eyesight. My brother-in-law and his wife who were following Siddhi Takalkar Mam's diet had achieved huge weigthloss, informed me about her. Soon I approached her and started following her diet. Within a month, my sugarlevels which had reached to almost 350 units came down below 150 units. I became surprisingly active. Though due to my long medical history and many medicines, I could not achieve much weightloss, but my aim of controlling B.P and sugarlevel is achieved! Many many thanks to Siddhi Ma'm! I am going to follow her diet for some more months so that I can overcome my other problems!

She is really very knowledgeable and have always helped me in every little aspect. She has always cleared all my doubts regarding health issues. She helped me a lot during my pancreas recovery process through her diet.
