★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially it went fine but when the time flies the real face came to the picture. No proper service, no proper electricity, worst food quality and quantity, MONEY MINDED fools, no proper WiFi, no proper maintenance, cupboards owning by cockroaches. I would suggest not to choose this pg but also the one thing which I would like to mention is about the visitors entry, the only good thing about this pg. 1/10 from my 6 months of experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The P.G is very affordable but they do not provide quality services. On weekends they do not have electricity and there will be water shortage. If you ask them that what service you are providing not giving proper electricity and water then they will tell you that the locality is not having electricity and water but in other P.G's you will find electricity and other things. The food is also not that good If you want to take with food P.G first try the food. They demand of higher deposit in the name maintenance but they do not provide any kind of maintenance.
Personal suggestion: First look around and visit each and every P.G then choose the perfect place to stay. There a lots of P.G provider who will give better service then this P.G at same cost.

cons :
Worst management people
They don't even care about maintenance
Electricity not stable
Water facility is not good
washing machine are faulty
wifi is not stable
Food is sh*t , ( except sunday)
if u pay the rent , and decide to leave this pg within 10 days, then dont expect refund.
value for money isn't there.
You ll find less cost and better service in other pg.
pros:
good bed , and cupboards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food should be even better and timely available is more important. Floors near the dining and dish wash places should be clean. Washing Machine is only one and place for wet clothes in balcony cramped. Ropes for the wet clothes Urgent need. Apart from every thing is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pg is very small. In one flat there is one hall and attached to it there are 3 very small rooms. Only one common washroom is there for one flat. Cleanliness is something that one can never find here. There are big filled dustbins outside flats and nobody bothers to clear them. No proper place is given for keeping footwear. Outside each flat you can see a heap of shoes and sandals. The food is also not good. Even the location of this PG is not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice place to stay. But rooms quality is not much good. Means something will be broken or not in correct place. And also regarding food quality is average... Initially you will love the taste of food but later on you will get bored of it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely spaced & maintained PG. The rooms are good. Every floor has 1 washing machine for use. Reasonable rates. Internet, breakfast, dinner included. Weekends also include lunch. The quality of food i have not tasted it personaly but i have heard its good enough. Much better than other PGs around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad PG. The food is completely south Indian basically Telugu food. The owner bhaiya is very rude. Cleaning is not done on the regular basis. Before Oyo it was still manageable to live in this PG but after oyo acquired its has become horrible. Hot water in winters is also an issue. The only reason why I stayed here was that it is near to my office. I won’t recommend to anybody.Plus this is both men and women together living PG.One plus point is they have automatic washing machine.
