★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet was in complete mess, the shoes which was placed in display was not having the second shoe to complete the pair.
The choices of shoes was there but very less availability of shoes size, making it difficult to get the shoes which you like.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the reebok store on Friday amidst increasing covid-19 cases in the country. However, I was surprised with the measures they had taken and the staff was also really helpful. They had undertaken sanitization measures all the time and they also gave us reusable socks so that we could try on shoes perfectly as well as take considerable measures to curb infection. Loved the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. First they did not issue a bill citing printing issues. When we went for warranty claim for Reebok, they ask you to send an email, which never responds. Why do MNCs give 2 year warranty in Europe but just 3 month warranty in India. Shame on you Reebok Baner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 3 pair of reebok shoes today afternoon, there was 50% off if you buy 2 or more pair of shoes. I specifically told salesperson since my son is not with me I will buy 7 number now but in case want to change the size to 8, he assured me I can exchange within 7 days. I visited store after 2 hours with my son to change his size from 7 to 8 and to my surprise they asked for Rs. 600 more though the price of both size is same, as per store person it’s because in the system it shows as 1 piece of checkin and checkout so discount shows 40%. I explained to him I’m not buying a new pair of shoes and neither a new bill/transaction done, as customer I’m just exchanging same price item with a different size , after some arguments he agreed but I had seen a customer before having some similar argument. Be careful if you buy from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent collection. Tshirt collection is good. Slider & sneakers are limited but extremely trendy in style. The shop assistants are super friendly & helpful. No unnecessary nagging from them. Bought a couple of hoodies. Nice variants. There is a Puma next to it.
