★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to the stores and there was no sales person interested in attending. I was led to 3 different people who weren’t interested in answering my questions. Walked out of the stores and visited iJunction in Gandhinagar were I received superb customer service and ended up purchasing the product from them.
Need to train their staff to be more customer centric and practice customer first approach unless they want to shut shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought Refrigerator from here IN-Service was good i should say awesome but while delivering they have 100s of reasons to not deliver to your house like stairs are small or we dont have that equipments to pull to second floor etc,They came 3 times with refrigerator and went back atlast they charged etc 2000 and delivered to second floor telling like they dont have that service like seriously Reliance one of the biggest market in INDIA and you cant deliver to requested floor but while doing payment s we will deliver free service all false Promise......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seven days still no replacement.. You would be better of buying online where you can replace damaged products easily...Received damaged air cooler... And when we reported the response is very laid back... We do not know what is their action plan and when are we going to receive our replacement back.... We wanted urgently hence we went to the shop and purchased the product otherwise the same product was available on cheaper price.... Very bad customer service
