★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this petrol pump online payment is not working. Every time when i go there. There is a problem in card payment and online payment . Today also i face same issue Online payment not working . i fill only reliance petrol no one carries cash all times Your complaint register has been filled by writing but no one takes this matter seriously.
Because of this everyone has to go to other petrol pumps.So i request please look in to this matter seriously.

pump owner should publish their Helpline number for other's.

At night the lights remain off as if the station isn't functioning. So people who aren't aware can drive away. I've always had to keep knocking on the cabin and wake up the staff to refuel at late night hours.

The attendants professional unlike at other company outlets.
Albeit you may find them too policy abiding and inflexible, which can be a little annoying some times. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuel availability is an issue during current times (1st week of April 2022) - often out of stocks.
And the staff here, while courteous, is not the most efficient. Thus, if there are 3 cars lined up to fill fuel, the staff will still be using one pump to dispense.. And thus the second and third vehicle would have to wait till the first one is done and driven out. Even though other pumps are empty, and there is more staff available at hand.
Strange.
Air (for tyres) availability is shut off early - that is not available all night. A big inconvenience for emergency filling up. They could at least have self-service fill ups at nights in case of staff shortage perhaps?
Overall, not the best experience.
