★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renaissance is not a trustworthy builder!!Untill you make the payment, they will be sweet to you and make all false promises. Once the payment is done, they act like dumb. Based on my experience I would not recommend anyone to buy homes from this builder.

Namitha the company executive who was looking after the handing over and registration work of my project was exceptionally good and helpful. Everyone from sales to HR are very helpful, responsible to all the requests. I certainly recommend the company to the buyers. The important aspect of the company is there is no violation in the project plan and all are OC projects. Thanks to all and more specially Namitha, Sri Bojanna and Sri Vinay. In short most reliable company managed by responsible people.
