3 months battery is not working they took 1 week to replace battery and they told me they have put new battery that battery is not working within 24 hours and they are removing original parts of scooty and puting duplicate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Amar Bachute from Bhiwandi i have repair my scooty burgman in riddhi suzuki i have went 5 times in a week to repair my scooty they have repair my scooty and it run only for 1 or 2 days and again on next day i have to take to repair that scooty last time i have repair my scooty on 20th jun and today is 24 th jun its not running its not starting in just 3 days scooty. i have buy this scooty on 1st jan 2021 and its not completed 6 months and i have take that scooty 8 times to repair this is worst product i have buy . last time i have repair this scooty within 24 our its not working i have to sleep on railway station today also i have sleep on station because scooty is not working. this product is very very very very very very very worst and
riddhi suzuki service is very very very very very very very very very very very very very very worst i will never buy suzuki product in my life

Poor Rating,
My father Ashok B Gupta has buy this scooters.
Want to share a experience, very poor service center in Bhiwandi.
They break trust with customer, at the time of buying vehicle they will tell you that we will provide you everything but when you visit service center again they tells us that we have not told you anything.
Recently, I bought suzuki access 125 from Riddhi Suzuki, the staff of service center told us that they will provide me usb cable and matte when you buy, but after visiting again service center they tells that we will not provide you matte and usb cable.
It my painful request that please don't buy any vehicle from Riddhi Suzuki.
