★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Enfield Standard 350 was sent from Pune to @rideofyin located in Delhi on Ist march 2021. The quotation was told by them 2.25 lakhs. After taking 7 months for modification of the bike, we received the bike on 4th Oct 2021 (yesterday). Condition of the bike at the time of delivery- 1. Starting trouble ( on examining the bike's tank was filled with debries and litter) We had to manually tow the vehicle. 2. On riding a few kms the throttle cable broke and bike was dead on the highway.Quality issues- 1. The paint used is of lowest grade. ( Paid Rs. 25000) 2. Low standard graphics design. (Tank paint and special grafics, paid-1000) 3. There are many dents and scratches on the NEWLY DELIVERED BIKE. 4. Paint of the brake and clutch lever have already worn off. 5. The stand is small and flimsy. Main stand was removed without informing us. 6. Seat is not well made and the welding is shabby (paid Rs. 600)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Enfield Standard 350 was sent from Pune to rideofy located in Delhi on 1st march 2021.
The quotation was told by them 2.25 lakhs. After taking 7 months for modification of the bike, we received the bike on 4th Oct 2021 (today).
Condition of the bike at the time of delivery-
1. Starting trouble ( on examining the bike's tank was filled with debries and litter )
We had to manually tow the vehicle.
2. On riding a few kms the throttle cable broke and bike was dead on the highway.
Mechanical problems on the bike-
1. Fork top cap is rusted and are not identical.
2. BRAKE LIGHT IS ABSENT (HOW????)
3. The indicators have a delayed response on switching on.
4. Ammeter is not working.
5. Huge odometer error.
(After riding 70kms it's showing 41kms only)
6. We were told that a custom tank would be made but instead they swapped on a RE Thunderbird's tank.
Quality issues-

Relation with customers-
We had sent our bike 1433kms far to Delhi,
1. We were expecting to be updated on regular basis but that was not the case, once in a blue moon they gave us a vague idea regarding the progress.
2. They have avoided our calls on multiple occasions. It's only after repeated calling they have answered.
3. On requesting for photos again and again only a few were sent to us.
4. They did not have a chief mechanic, people kept changing and we had to tell our requirements to every new mechanic. They did not keep any record on required modification of the bike.

Apache 165 was sent from m.p satna to rideofy located in Delhi tilak nagar on November last 2021.
The quotation was told by them 1.25 lakhs. (Extra accessories charge's 16555 k )
After 3 n half months for the modification of the bike , we received the bike on 16 march 2022 n we have post the feedback on 28 march 2022 (today )
condition of the bike at the time
dilivery -
1) starting trouble ( on examine the bike tank and petrol was leakage and air was passes )
2) right side brake liver and left side indicator was broked . (At the dilivery of the time )
3) on a riding fev kms bike accelerate are automatically up n race and handle are vibrate.
Machanical prblm on the bike -:
1) clutch liver is missing and ( rideofy supportive members says he is fitting on the bike ) then who's know ?
2 ) bike handle was vibrate .
3) sockup oil was leakage.
4) brake liver
5) carvator prblm
Quality issues
1) after 10 days
The paint used as a lowest grade
2) The paint on the bike tank was damaged u see their photos
3) seat is not well .
4) The tyre 155 mm rear nd 130 front bt he snd 130 nd 120 mm tyre he snd on the bike
5) back seat is not well at made .and so many other problem newly Dilivered bike.
Relationship with supportive members
First we have snd the bike 800kms nd already informed us bt he had too late on the pick up on the bike
1) we are expecting to be updated on regular basis bt such case did not
Almost 1 month don't have any update
No calls no msgs ,
2) after taking 1mnth he said staff has chnge in their and so others and that's why don't have any responses meh col n msgs .
3) after day s we have requesting their photos den he sent only a few in so many days .
4 ) Totally I disappointed for dis my bike modification and rideofy
5) please don't modification of your bike with rideofy ..
