I'm was very pleased with the environment Mr. Tuli and family has designed for their business. Calling Road-Riders- Bicycle a business would be an understatement, as just chatting with Mr. Tuli is an event in itself, let alone the wide range of bicycles. Cycles can be bought anywhere, but, it's the experience that makes it worth every penny.

I must say that having lived almost 15 years in Gurgaon, the situation of retail or other shops/outlet have been really pathetic(sorry to say). The shop owners are rude/ unnecessarily proudish and arrogant.
Here's the long story :
Yesterday, we went to this shop to checkout a bicycle for our 7year old son, as his current bicycle got little small for him. However when we were showing him the bigger bicycle, he kept on complaining that its too big, he won't be able to drive. However we were kinda forcing him and asking him to try as he will get comfortable the more he will drive and practice, also we did not wanted to come back in another 2 years and then buy a new bicycle, as you know kids bicycle is not really cheap.
Anyways our plan was not working, at all and we all got frustrated with this whole situation, and we lost all hope, and thought of leaving and come back next year.
When we were just about to leave, there came the shop owner(actually her son), and he was well behaved and came to the level of our kid, and tried to talk to him and explain that they have a track on the backside, and also more options to try and see if he will be able to drive comfortably.
My son, spent good half an hour, trying 2-3 different bicycles and this guy was with us all the time through the trials, but still my son rejected the bigger bike, and we were again about to leave.
Then came a lady (the owner), and she was again really calm and composed, not in a hurry to sell off anything, she presented few more options and guided us to buy little smaller bicycle, so we saw a couple more smaller ones, my son again drove them to try and hence decided to buy one finally
This was all possible due to the care and attention given to us and my son, by the owners running the shop, otherwise we would have long gone.
Furthermore, a cherry on top is that you get almost all the generic accessories like reflectors, bell, bottle holder etc, all fitted by them in the same cost, they don't charge you anything extra, (which could easily set cost you 400-500 hundred more)
But yes costly stuff like lights etc, is charged extra, which is understood.
So far really happy to have this shop nearby, hoping to have similar experience with servicing as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a cycling enthusiast (whether a beginner or a pro). Enough to meet every ones need in cycles, accessories or even service. Got my cycle two years back from here and have never ventured anywhere else till date for any of my needs. All kudos to great environment, staff, service and last but not the least the owners who guide you as a mentor not a business person. Never in a hurry to sell you any expensive thing in name of quality but try to accommodate your needs in best possible budget.
Second great thing organizing group riding events and encouraging you to be a part of it. Staff well behaved and professional enough to be trusted. Overall a great place to have in your vicinity.
Service and staff like this bolster the confidence and satisfaction even more!!!
