★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, Booked a travel from Coimbatore to Chennai; but due to seats not filled SPS Coimbatore swapped few of it's customer tickets to another travel company. Fooling reason given was "SPS bus for travel Chennai tonight is breakdown". My plan of getting down at location nearing Chennai was goofed since I understood the travelling bus is not taking that route. My early plan to reach desired location was spoil and SPS caused lot of confusion. Becareful with this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take bus from Chennai to Bangalore, from the departure there are several buses start in the same time, service person always keep chating on line didn't give correct guidance, entered wrong bus. Night bus + two luggage cases+heavy rain, you can imagin how bad it is.
There is much sand on sleeping bed, not so clean.
And arrival almost one hour delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take... The driver himself donno when the bus will get break down.. Use this bus on your own risk and there won't be any refunds from the owner... They will arrange some local travells if bus didn't arrive to the stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice travel agency. Service is excellent. The are talking different languages including Malayalam,kannada, thamil, Hindi,thelugu.. and customer service is Good. One time I forget to take my wallet from bus. Morning they are call back and given to me. My most of the travel partner is sps. Weekly I'm going to Chennai in this bus.
