★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the radiology services here. Got my abdomen ultrasound done here. The machines are of latest technology. The report was provided in a very short span of time and the film was of very good quality. The Receptionist and lab technician Vishu Sharma is a very soft-spoken and highly knowledgeable person. I would say it is one of the best for radiology services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all satisfied with the service. Booked an appointment over a call for ultrasound and was asked to come after half n hour. When i visited the centre, they made me wait for almost an hour stating that there are others patient in line. Don't understand what is the point of taking appointments in the first place when they cannot fulfill it. Utterly disappointed with the staff at the reception, they are clueless and don't have any answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sachdeva diagnostics is one of best diagnostice center in this area . covid-19 regulation are followed social distancing is maintain and the staff is very supportive .
I would highly recommend sachdeva diagnodtic to anyone needing any short of lab test and x- ray .

After giving appointment they made me wait for an hour. On a reception of 2 people, always 5 staff members are standing and none of them seem to work. They just have their tea and sandwich party in a customer facing job at 11 in the morning. The doctor which does the ultrasound was not wearing mask and was constantly coughing
The report also took more than an hour because print out machine was not working
The ultrasound machine also took time as there was no electricity and their UPS was not working
Moreover the staff was rude. They were not willing to send the report either at home or clinic. Again waited for 90 min for the report
Total wait time 2.5 hours
