Day before yesterday my father in law purchased safari XZA dark from this showroom. We reached at 1200hrs and they ensured us that key of the car will be handed over to us in 1 hour. Till 14:30 hrs we didn't get car keys, then at 14:30 hrs one safai karamchari spoiled fender part of the car and attempting to hide it by painting black colour on it. Luckily we spotted him doing it and complaint about it. Then they ask us to wait for another 2 hours to make this right. At 14:30hrs they took the car to sector 37 showroom. Now its been 17:30hrs and we still didn't have any whereabouts of the car. Again we complaint about it to Sales Manager Shri Raj kumar bhati but he didn't take any firm action. He is very unprofessional, don't know how to speak and the worst part is he ask us to cancell our booking, when we ask for compensation. AGM is also supporting him. Except few staff nobody is cooperating. Also showroom is badly equipped, no AC, no electricity, overall bad experience. Finally we get our car at 19:30hrs and reached our home at 2200hrs. It was very exhausting. I am enclosing damaged fender photo for your reference.

My review is not for sales but for after sales support they provide me in my insurance claim, my service advisor "Nitin Verma", I haven't seen any fraudulent person in my life like him, takes 24 days for a 3 day job and didn't complete the work, skip the alignment part, just skip a major mishap today due to his negligence and unprofessionalism plus they change my tires of around 16k don't know what to do but definitely I will try to convey my story to their heads but unfortunately his Manager "Lalit" was also tried to defend him So I decided to no longer be a part of TATA family. Very good service. Staffs are very co-operative, Hassle free delivery. All the paper work are kept transparent. Easy finance is also available. Mr. Lakhan was very polite and having good ethics while dealing and deliver the car..

Sagar Motors is worst service provider of TATA. They give one big sketch on my bumper. And after that, they will never accept their mistake. One thing I learn, never give your car to any Tata Service Center. Better to go for other Car Workshops.

Have sent my car thrice here, giving them a chance to improve, but overall experience in summary is: - Poor Service Quality - Poor Washing - Poor Alignment Balancing - Does the changes you never ask them to - took 1 claim in my car, work done like any other roadside shop, charged the claim company for new paint job, but it wasn't done properly on the car - Only use Polish all around the car, polished even the music system and you feel stickiness all around the car, wherever you touch - Service Staff will always deny all their mistakes and will blame everything over the customer - Have sent the car thrice stating the same problems and they could not rectify it even after the car has been driven 10,000 Kms My Recommendation: You may get the car serviced at a roadside shop rather than this workshop, because at the end, every job will be done, when you stand over their head. If it is about saving the warranty on the car, would request you to try other workshops, spare yourself and their management the pain to deal with you. Conclusion: TATA Can try their level best to make good cars, but their service vendors will eventually make you feel like a Taxi Driver telling you to clean the car yourself even after you are being charged for it and to get the mistakes rectified yourself(standing over their Head) at the end of the day. #tatamotors #tatatiago #poorservicequality #dissapointedcustomer Complaint Visit: visited your service center for the complainants - again the same behaviour - stood there on the car porch for 2 hours - nobody even asked for a glass of water at 38 C heat - took your guy 2 hours to do a single job i.e. alignment, still not done right.. - the bumper came off again in 2 days You guys are so pathetic, you dont even understand the c of customer service or e of customer experience Just have a look at you service lounge, you expect people to sit here??? It looks likes a place made only for drivers.

Mixed Customer experience.Although I appreciate Sagar motors that they had provided me loaner car since delivery was delayed(Mr Deepak Singh & Mr Yatendra have been good in connecting with me over phone time to time to share the whereabouts of my car delivery) but my experience got ruined on the day of delivery as my Customer Advisor Mr.Deepak was on leave and he tried to do the best in me getting in touch with the relevant people but things got messed up as it was decided that they would give me insurance from Tata AIG with coverage that I offline received from Tata AIG customer service team and promised same cover in same price bracket but on delivery date they changed the insurance provider thrice(from TATA AIG to ICICI Lombard to Kotak) on delivery date which had me wait for delivery longer than expected. While delivery they din't even wait for me to sit in car to drive it myself. One of their team member step in my car and took it outside while I was thanking them.It ruined it all the more as it seemed as if they wanted to get it over with; because for them it is Business as usual but this left a dent & arranging a cake will not help the unsettled mark.I would highly recommend people to verify everything before leaving the dealership , eg- the puncture repair kit was missing when I was doing the final verification while it was there earlier.On top of this they would say please take care of the ratings and feedback. I am just being truthful to the future buyers about my experience.You need to work on better customer experience Sagar Motors

I take my 2019 Tata Safari Storme here for servicing since the beginning. I’ve had no issues with their service whatsoever. Very well managed service centre, good air conditioned area to sit, all service advisors are helpful, they do a good job of checking the car thoroughly and resolving all your issues. A pleasant experience every time I visit for my service However, it’s crowded on the weekends so just call the centre before going or reach early morning on weekends. Otherwise there’s a long queue outside
