★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal customer to sakhi but my previous experience with them was very annoying and cumbersome.I Made an online purchase on 8th of March for a blouse which reached me on 19th of march, however the fitting was very loose and i had to return it on 20th morning. The real issue started when i asked for a refund since the event was very near and i had to buy another blouse alternatively.. i requested them to refund my money and till date haven't recieved any refund from them. I strongly suggest buyers to think twice before placing an online order with them for ready blouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SakhiFashions = Unprofessionalism. Placed an order online and was not delivered for more than 2 weeks. When I reached out the customer service they informed that the product was out of production and was offered to choose a different product. Even the one chose again was not available and the website is really annoying that it is not even updated. I asked for a refund and even after multiple follow ups (almost everyday) they haven’t initiated it. They never pick calls inspite of staying online and only reply you get is refund initiated you will receive it. Still waiting for refund for more than a month.

The quality is beautiful (similar as the pictures on the internet) and with the personal connection to sew a good fitting blouse. Highly recommended and also very reliable when ordering from other countries outside of India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give a 0 rating. I placed an order on 21st November, 2021, and immediately cancelled it the next day as I found a better product at a better price. However, I’ve not received my money back, and it’s been a nightmare to get my refund. I’ve followed up multiple times during the India time zones and the only response is that your refund will be completed today or tomorrow and it’s been more than 15 days already. There’s absolutely no sense of responsiveness, and they pride them selves on being great designers! Also, it’s interesting that all of my refund or cancellation conversations have happened only through a WhatsApp chat and no one has replied to any emails so I’m unsure if there’s really any customer service team.

I am so so happy to purchase from Sakhi Fashion.. I have a very positive response from Sakhi always.. they are so supportive.. I just love the products and the quality.. I purchased many products from Sakhi, I am happy to purchase in future as well.. Sakhi staff is also very supportive (Rama Raju and few ladies). ? I have to thank Neetu ?? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a big order for my nephew’s wedding for myself, my daughters, my sisters and for my niece. We loved the quality, style and the look of the Sarees. Pictures doesn’t justify the look of the beautiful Sarees but in person, all the Sarees looked elegant and different than others.
Even though we ran into some logistical challenges and production delays, in the end I was able to get all the items. Big thank you to Mr. Raj and Miss. Gayathri. They helped me along the way through video calls. I would recommend Sakhi Sarees, who love handwoven traditional kanjivaram Sarees with modern twist.
