★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed sales person......i brought an panasonic split ac from sarat bose road branch on 26.02.18 the sales person told me that this model having r410 refrigerant .....but after installation i suddenly noticed that this model contains r22 refrigerant......then an then i contact with the sales person who convinced me to buying that model but she asked me the proof and i show her the photographs which i took from both of idu and odu. She then told me there are some mistake and she will talk with the dealer and she took my number. But still there is no reply from her side. In that case i going to end of every relation with sales emporium and request to the customers that if you want to buy anything from that store please go with proper information about the prduct which you wish to buy for avoid misguide by those staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute thieves. Went to buy a panasonic 2 tonne split AC. Owner/manager of the shop told.me to get a Daikin 2 tonne split for the same price. Found out later that he sold me a 1.5 tonne Daikin split AC. The sales invoice just displayed the 10/12 digit model number from which it is not possible to derive the model number unless an online search is done. This is how they compete with the big sellers like Amazon, reliance, Croma, flipkart etc. By lying and cheating their customers. Good job Sales emporium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst place to buy any electronic products from. Bad staff attitude. They will only help out those customers who they have made a sale to. Other salesman could care less. No prompt response to any query. They never receive phone calls and are very rude with any person who walks in.
Never choose this place if you are looking for good electronic products or customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I'm a customer of sales emporium. Recently I did query for a Sony TV, but one of the salesperson was repeatedly trying to convert my mind from Sony to Samsung. I've found this totally ridiculous, is that salesperson works for Samsung?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to shop for electronic products. But the issue which concerns buyers the most is after sale response of the seller. It's something they need to understand that the products they sell are supposed to last for years and during this period customers expect some cordial help initially for some time but the seller shows a very cold response which after all dent our confidence in these seller.
