★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My American Tourister bag had accidentally got locked and wasn't able to open, called the person over phone to see if they resolve these issues, the store personnel said get the bag we will get it unlocked and if under warranty we will replace the Locke itself. Took the bag and the guy unlocked my bag in few mins and he explained what would have caused the lock not opening with the pin set earlier. Great Service....
