But they repair and deliver the device timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing Samsung about it. Only high priced local service. Samsung is losing its quality by the day. Immediately after the warranty get over the phones start giving up. I have had 3 bitter experiences now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this service centre for my watch. One of the button on my watch was not working intermittently. The behavior of the service executive was very rude. She didn't even have a look at the problem. She insisted that I need to change the display along with the button. Very poor service. Doesn't even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. It's worse than a govt office.
First of all they kept calling and bothering us to get an insurance. And when we went there to avail, the lady only did half the process and demanded we come back with the phone immediately as she didn't finish the process. This was after they sent us away spending 40 mins there and assuring us everything is done.
Day 2- waited for an hour for no joy whatsoever. They took the phone and no intimation what was up and nothing.

In 2019 I have visited the service center to buy charging cable. It is not for repair just buy and leave the store is the motive. But I had to wait for more than an hour for such simple thing.
In 2022 just to order the battery and not for replacement. It is just to order and leave the place. Yet again I have to wait for long time. If you ask your customer to stay until their mobile is being attended then that’s fine. But there should be an express counter so that customers who approach your center just for a 5 mins task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep away from this center.. the guys are rude and despite the person being in showroom someone else will attend on phone and keep telling the person not there.. i have been buying with them since last three years but exp this time was awful.. they lured saying in additon to samsung freebies on S22 Ultra they shall give a USB sanitizer / wireless charger of INR 4K free which is available in market for INR 1.5K. They called up saying that limited edition piece has come but 2 days later provided the regular box. Delayed delivery and made us run around as the earlier phone had e-sim where one said he will do thr migration another said needs physical sim.
Believing them based on past I did not do a deal with the Opera house outlet which I now regret.

I have never seen such a supportive service team in entire Bangalore area since 2016 ( had s7 edge, then note 5, s9 ) and now note 20 ultra so seen many service center and haven't seen such a supportive people.
I really Wana thank jitender sir (sri venture) official Samsung service center I got your contact from customer care Samsung for indranagar service center and 1st word he said was definitely we will try to help please come and since morning this was 3rd service center had little hope as soon as i reached work started
Issue ; broke my screen just a day before and have to travel next day they understand the criticality and offer me helping hand and handed over my phone in record 1hr time ........ that's it 1 hour .......... blew my mind

Truly amazing experience I went to opera house HSR service station both said min 2 to 3 days even I explained them why I Need it on urgent basis but that's fine we can't blame them but truly thanks you jitendra sir for awesome help.
Definitely recommend it's better than any service center and far better then outside
