β β β β β I was there to change my phones folder j7 pro and they changed bt after that my phone is not working properly then my phone mother board is dead my rs4700 display is wasted my money is wasted they dont even deserve a one star i gave them zero star because they take too much tym to done the display i have waited there like 3 hours may be more and they said pls wait 1 hour after my phone is done the mam i donβt remember the name but on the 3rd counter continuously said sry for the late but pls dont give me bad star when the customer care will call you i said oke and i am doing the same but customer service is very bad and they take a lot of tym and when i visit again there and i said that my phone is not working they this is not our fault they always said like this their rules said that if customer is wrong thats his/her fault thats a genuine but if they are wrong thats also your fault not theirs so plz dont buy samsung product and dont visit Yamunanagar samsung service centre they are worst in their service
