★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked the staff for knowledge on tennis strings and they're condescending attitude just put me off.One can have questions and doubts regarding the issue we've come to this shop for.Dont dare to speak rudely to the customer if you have more knowledge.Just be normal if not goody goody.
Very bad experience.Had come from far for the racquet stringing.Was left disappointed.
Thanks Sands, will never return to your shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They helped me decide which string is best for my style. Control vs durability. They also delivered in the time they quoted. They are expensive compared to Amazon so don't ask them to match price. Gutting was well done and I have been playing a better game since August 2020. Will update once I break my strings again.

We bought a pair of skates for my daughter from this shop and we had told them that we might need to exchange if the teacher tells us to take another type of skates . They agreed for the same while selling the product. Just day after the purchase we wanted to exchange the same with the another type of skates, we didn't ask for refund it was just an exchange but the owner of the shop was very rigid and rude and just denied us to exchange the same.
It's not about money it's about his arrogance and rudeness that the shop owner has
