HORRIBLE BILLING AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. TILL THEY GET MONEY THEY ARE GOOD. ONCE THEY GET PAYMENT THEY DO NOT EVEN ATTEND YOUR CALLS.

ONCE THEY GET PAYMENT THEY DO NOT EVEN ATTEND YOUR CALLS. THEY JUST REPLY "OUR ACCOUNTS WILL CONTACT YOU AND GIVE DETAILS OF YOUR EXPENSES AND IF EXCESS PAYMENT WILL PAY' FOR MONTHS. NO EXCESS PAYMENT IS RETURNED.

The service provided by Pristyn and Sapna was great, room was very clean and the process was very smooth.
