★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please make a market survey before buy here. We bought sanitary wares, all seems to be branded. However they claim that they will give discount of 20% on print price in catalog. Initially refused to give valid invoice, finally i told them i want a valid invoice then they issued the invoice. Price also seems costly, quality is good so cost is acceptable.
One thing i noticed that they dismantled the display piece and provided to us instead of box piece. Since we need it urgently we did not argued much. There are N numbers of similar stores available in the near by area. So make a suitable time and make a survey before buy.
After 25 days of purchase wall hooks starts peeling outer cover, the product they selling is not of good quality. Worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience of this shop and its employees has been most disgusting. Extremely impolite and disrespectful after the sale is made. Not worth dealing with them. The tiles in some of the boxes were defective.

I had ordered tiles from there, however, in just span of 2 months the tiles have holes in them.
I do not recommend you taking low quality tiles with a very high price which is not even worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to get tiles for renovation of our kitchen. No one was available to attend to us for OVER AN HOUR. Finally when we selected the tiles, I asked politely if the price was negotiable. The owner was outright RUDE. And so rude that he said I DON'T TALK TO PEOPLE WITH SUCH SMALL ORDERS. I couldn't believe my ears. I could not imagine that a shopkeeper could be as rude as that.
I will never ever ever go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly rude and arrogant owner. I have in the past purchased a couple of times their tiles for our home, however after a long time, when I visited recently , I spend 15 minites & shortlisted two tiles. I told the staff that I would revisit with my counter top stone sample to finalise (as they don't let you take images ), I asked him to make note of the tile number for easy reference, upon revisiting after 3 days with my stone to match, I forgot to carry that card. The owner just refused to serve me at all, he was so arrogant and said I never bought the tile last time so he wont show me tiles at all. ...it was the most bizarre experience ever! I would never recommend them again..!
such blatant rudeness , totally absurd. He just wouldn't even listen. What use is a collection when you have such misplaced attitude issue.
