★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am tinnitus patient.i approach to doctor. doctor well listen my problem.he suggest to M R.I. After M.R.I report he gave me good treatment. And explain every thing. He had good experience.and very soft spoken.he gave me proper advice..also staff is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude doctor don't know how to talk with the patient. Walking monument of white coat arrogance. Everyone goes there because is one of the old ENT physician in the area but seriously not worth it.
Purposefully overbook appointments and then try to check as many as patient in that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unindicated surgery was done in my relative . The hole in ear remained same with lot of discharge . Visited doctor many times after operation but he each time he gave some tablets which never worked . I think we were misguided only for the sake of money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience, i have a hole in eardrum so sometime pus from ear comes out ,he suggested me tympanoplasty & mastoidectomy at first OPD and assured me that after surgery everything will be all right
i have done tympanoplasty & mastoidectomy on 14 Aug 2018 after 2 months of surgery i came to know that there is a small hole in my eardrum so i visited clinic for the same doctor told me not to worry it will heal automatically just wait and watch.
so after some time i feel hole of eardrum is there which was not heal so i visited again and again he just answered me not to worry it will heal but still its not heal and now a days size of a hole in eardrum get increased day by day.
from my first visit doctor was not communicating properly,but still i preferred him because of his experience but i wasted my time ,money as i got very bad experience of this doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ His intention was to only make money. I visited him in a hospital for ear perforation caused by infection. In the first visit he just cleaned my ear and didn't tell me there was a perforation in-spite of asking him repeatedly and he charged Rs 400 for ear cleaning with another Rs 700 for consultation fee. In next visit I paid Rs 500 for consultation and he still didn’t tell me there was a perforation in my ear but asked to me to come down to his clinic for regular ear cleaning. In short, in 500 Rs consultation was to come to his clinic. Fortunately, I was diagnosed by another doctor in Pune and I have recovered fully. Hope this experience helps others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sardesai, I trusted and went ahead for tonsils and adenoids surgery for my 8 year old son. He used heated thongs to remove tonsils in traditional way instead of laser technology. More careless is that he kept those thongs "ON" unattended which burnt my son's hand for 5mins. It was third degree burn and took more than 6 weeks to recover. When asked, answer was it is saline marks. Worst worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to clean my ear and dr ujjwala sardesai hurt my ear so bad that I had to visit an another dr and had to go under treatment for 15 days which was very painful
