★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience I purchased a diamond nose pin worth of 12k on September 2021 however size was bit big so called stor to cut the size so that I can wear it. It was my birthday gift . So I called store they said thir repair staff went on durga pooja holiday I visited today now they I asked to come again on 28th Oct as their staff is still on holiday.i could not wear it on my special occasion. My money is completely wasted. The way they treated costomer after sales is pathetic
Never recommend. No purchase to this from my side.

Typical Bengali bhadrolok cultural on display.
Excellent collection of gold and diamond jewellery.
Variety is the key to customer happiness and Senco seems to have this in abundance.
They also give jewellery prefilled with lac and thus take your tension away.
Over all , nice place to visit.
