★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star only so that I can put this review. Phanse and sons are real crooks. They made me book flat in Panvel's project named Monarch Greenscapes, where I gave all hard earned money and they made me put all money. These agents also took 75000 rupees as an agent charges until that they didn't give me allotment letter of booked house. The builder did not start the construction and my money is stuck since 7 years. These crooks don't have courtesy to give back my money too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had consulted with both Prashant (the proprietor)and Raju, one of the consultants when I was looking for an apartment in Navi Mumbai. Having a ton of options to show their clients can be both a good and a bad thing. But Raju and Prashant made no effort to rush me into making a compromise and kept showing me houses until I found one that I liked and wanted to live in. Kudos to this team. Extremely satisfied with pre and post service.
