★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with this pg . We made an intial deposit of Rs. 24,000 with them in the month of September . The owner , Mrs . Arti called up in December asking us to start paying the rent even though I wasn't staying there due to Covid and also because my college didn't reopen , so we asked them to make a refund of our deposit . The owner's husband , Mr.Hanuman Sharma , then became furious and talked rubbish even though we were spoke kindly . They haven't returned our money and have clearly told us they don't intend to do so in the near future . Very unprofessional and treacherous .
