★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Pristyn Care clinic in Anand Niketan for getting laser circumcision. I won't say that it was completely hassle-free. On the day of the surgery, a cab that was supposed to pick me up refused to do so as my house was quite far from the clinic. The medical coordinator asked me not to worry at all and booked another cab for me. To make sure that the surgery doesn't get delayed, a Care Buddy was already at the clinic with all the paperwork done. As soon as I reached the clinic, I was immediately wheeled into surgery. In and all, a comfortable experience as compared to other hospital experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has been a patient of chronic constipation. Even after keeping a strict check on her diet, she developed piles. So, I took her to Pristyn Care clinic in Lajpat Nagar. The clinic was very neat and clean. The clinic staff was very courteous. The waiting time was also short. Usually, with surgeries there are a lot of pain and bleeding but Dr. Sharma explained that with laser prcoedure, there are not cuts. But all was not good and perfect. There was no notification from their side till late night regarding the test results. So I called the medical coordinator hoping that they won't pick up. But unexpectedly, the person picked up my call and explained me everything about the results. He apologised profusely and asked me to call him any time if I had any query. On the day of the surgery, the coordinator even came at the clinic to apologise in person. I am very delighted with this gesture. The surgery was 100% successful and my mother is healthy now.

My braces treatment was from Dr. Amit Kapoor whose dental clinic is near Moolchand metro station .. I opted lingual braces treatment from here.. They have charged me over 70k + no of appointments which I never missed but still after 2.5 years + after putting retainers continuously for 1.5 years I did not get satisfying result as my upper teeth are still not aligned.. Dr Amit Kapoor took all the payment in starting year then after getting payment he treated me from his assistants.. We have spent our hard earned money in this treatment and he took my braces off braces forcefully without giving the satisfying result (as they already had all the payment)
I know my money is not going to come back.. but seriously I am really disappointed with the results. Now I have started consulting with other doctors and they are saying the same thing that the treatment was not good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in touch with Dr Amit Kapoor for all my Dental Treatment since last 7 years. He is a great doctor with his knowledge and in terms of treating and making the patient understand for the treatment. I had my 02 Root Canal Done with him. Apart from my treatment My Parents and other family member and friends has also taken Dental Treatment from him. Facilities are very good. Many times due to Dental issue i connected with him after closing time of clinic and i have received the treatment and necessary precaution to be taken. Staff are also very helpful. I will always recommended to all my near and dear once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I availed their services from their clinic in Lajpat Nagar. When I reached the clinic, I didn't have to wait at all for the doctor as I already had an appointment. The doctor talked and examined me in complete privacy. I was scheduled for the laser treatment on Friday. The experience at the hospital was also great. The surgery was 100% successful. I was discharged within 24 hours with all the proper instructions and diet chart to follow. Overall the experience was okay. Yes, they charge a little extra than other hospitals but it is worth it. Within the budget quoted by the medical coordinator they provided- cab services, food on the surgery day, post operation diet chart and follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lingual braces treatment from this doctor around 3.5 years back and the biggest disappointment was that result was really disappointing. They had already taken 70k in advance so patient is not even left with any option in case he is not getting any satisfying result.
They used to make me wait for minimum 2-3 hrs after providing a appointment.
The other disappointing thing that sometime they made one lady treat me who didnt even know the difference in Canine and molars. Overall experience was Pathetic.
Also they removed my braces of upper jaw after 4 months forcefully and I told them that I am not still satisfied with the result.
Finally, an year back, I opted to take a treatment once again from another doctor and he has really understood the concern and treated me as per need. This time results are really satisfying
