★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly dissatisfied with the bus journey. Pathetic and highly rude driver and conductor. Bus was uncomfortable. In name of blanket they give you towels.
They have AC but no heater in buses. Non sense. We shivered the entire night and these cruel people did not even stopped the bus for using toilets.

They gave a 500ml packaged drinking water and I guess everyone generally carry their own drinking water so it's sufficient.
The bus from inside was very clean, the odour was good and was able to enjoy a movie since they have a LED in the bus
Overall It was great travelling with them.
