And the main thing is that you can't recharge by yourself or online.
You have to get recharge by your provider and they will charge ₹ 100 extra on every plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go with siti Broadband, I had taken taken broadband connection 2 months ago , and it keeps dropping in every 5 mins, tried calling customer care , they never respond, tried contacting local support but they don't have updates, they simply said put your complaint in customer care.
since I had taken 3 months prepaid plan and also paid 3200 installation charges + 1800 for 3 month plan in Patna.
worse speed, worse service , No customer ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If one is looking for internet broadband location, this could be one option. It is not available in entire city of Patna but they have tie up with local broadband service provider. One can get the local service provider number by visiting their website. To avail the connection, one has to pay 5000. It includes router and other devices to start the connection. As jio and airtel is still not available broadly people have only option to go with these local broadband service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't do any recharge online on saturday and sunday as suggested by customer service. Even you can't track your complaints as your account gets blocked even if your account is recharged. Charge is also very high for installation. Not recommended. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siti broadband is the worst service in entire world, employees of siti broadband thinks that they are owner of entire siti broadband, people have told real things that they are totally abusive and they never listen to complain too. I request higher authority of siti broadband to take legal action against local operators of siti broadband as soon as possible otherwise siti will not be able to see single good reviews on their sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourselves a favour and dont take their service. They charge extra money as office charge for renewing wifi plans offline and block your online service instance when the renewal day arrives. They are looting thousands of people of lacs and lacs through this
