★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor ambiance, poor maintenance, poor behaviour by staff, insufficient seating capacity for patients, staff are so careless ( there is this incidence happened while I was waiting, a lady barely can walk suffering with lot of pain struggling to walk with the support of husband I was so shocked not even single staff members initiated to bring her a wheel chair, all the staff were standing still and watching drama happening)
But yet i am surprised to see a lot patients are flowing in to the hospital like a procession may be because of the doctors good name and efficiency
If you want to visit make sure to take an appointment through phone before a day and make sure to visit the hospital as early as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhimavaram is a busy place connecting lot of villages. Lot of people visit this hospital on daily basis.
I took my mother to this hosptal and I didn't like the way it's being run.
I felt bad that the seating capacity is less. Almost half of the patients stand for hours before their call comes. While taking appointment the reception says that you will be called in 30 mins but trust me you are lucky if you get call in next two hrs.
I was said that my mother will be called in at 9:30AM, but she got called at 1:00PM.
Patients comfort should be the utmost priority, but I don't see that in this hospital.
I hope things change here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect Doctor rest is hell. Even u got no. 3 token u have to wait for 1hour 30 min to 2 hours.of time.
* No proper token system
* Seating arrangement is very less.
* No digital payments accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money minded people when a person is having issue related to brain they are taking other tests rather than ct or mri and doctor will not be available for "neuro" she will only contact you via Vedio call and nurses will do the treatment mostly this is the secnerio better to prefer other hospitals than this if issue is related to brain/neurology. Even in emergency doctor will not be coming oy vedio call is done at that moment too.
