I enjoyed working their for more than 3 years.... teams are good every department have their own capabilities and positive energy. Its not only work for education of underprivileged children but also work for the health of the communities who are leaving in the far to reach areas like: villages of Bihar... Uttarakhand etc..... Good Going organization.... i hope some day in future....i will be back with same enthusiasm and zeal. Thanks for reaching the unreached population of India SMILE keep rocking :)

Huge portion of CSR fund goes towards top level management salaries which enjoy corporate like incentives and Bonuses... For every Rs. 100 donation to Smile only Rs. 60 would reach the needy people rest Rs. 40 taken by Smile as Fund management fees. I have worked here so can assure you of this information.
