Society people are united. They organise and heartily participate in festivals and functions.
But bachelors are not allowed here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder was bad.. but now we are living happily after society handover from builder. Builder has another project in Pune. I request everyone not to buy anything from her otherwise you will find yourself in her trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society location is good but surrounded by slum which is bit riskly ..water problem no proper management :( lots of scope for improvement! They chopped many trees recently.Rooms are big but construction quality not upto mark!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for 3 bhk flat in this society. What I found and observed as below
1. Society has swimming pool, small garden, club house just for name. None of amenities are useful. Most of it not maintained properly or due to it's bad quality.
2. Society has big enterance gate from outside, but after entering any one can notice bad road and partially completed construction.
3 society has still legal issues with builder.
None of owner or broker talks on it. They says there are issues and getting solved in few days . I'm staying in nearby area and visited society from past four years and society is still having same legal issues and pending construction is easily visible from outside.
4. Construction quality if building is very bad, lots of cracks and bad quality of color is easily observable.
5. Water problem: society has water supply for more than 6 months , no water to society boaring and very less w pcmc water for drinking. Most of flat owners installed illgeal tanks in flat. Society shows tankers count daily basis very proudly.
6.No proper ventilation and flat architecture. Mostly all 3 bhk flat has cross enterance and one of the terrace is very big but in curve shape. Which can't be utilized properly.
7. Lots of fourums are showing issues with builder and even legal advisers says same.
Finally who should buy :
1 who has lots of money and want to take huge risk and your money is laying down.
2.Any one who is getting 3 bhk around 75 lacs and earn rental income. In year 2019 , you can't get 3 bhk around 75 lacs. Seen lots of deal in same society for 1440 size 3 bhk around 75 lacs .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, big society. Ample parking space. Facilities like club house, play area for children's and swimming pool. The pool is not maintained properly. But can be managed if looked after it by management. Security check while entering the society is good.

Watchmen sleep here at night, This needs improvement..
