★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It just provides transportation and no other facility - it's underdeveloped infrastructure wise. But yeah temple is just 50/100 meters away from the bus port. It has state transport buses - that means low quality buses compare to private ones(but yeah you can travel in it if you believe in travelling not in facilities) and fairs are superbly reasonable(ex:- 140₹ Rajkot to Somnath per person). You will get all other facilities near bus station easily - accommodation, food, temple, washroom, beach, local shopping. Online bus reservations is available and I would suggest that - as during peak season it's very likely that buses run full. Happy journey

Looks under developing and less busy as compared to Veraval. Need more hygiene and passengers utilities bcoz Somnath is the huge tourist place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic sanitation is lacking at Somnath bus stand, government of Gujarat is boasting about tourism. Public toilet of Somnath bus stand is closed at night and opens only in day time, I reached there at 4 AM in morning and public toilet was locked. Then I had to take a room at hotel though I didn’t need for staying. There is public toilet also in Somnath mandir parking lot which also remains closed at night and opens only in daytime. Basic services should remain open 24 hours at such tourist spots. Boastful government !
